Thanks! I do write for a living, so I try to hone my communication skills as much as possible. I totally agree with you that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but I wouldn't say that I go out of my way to look for awkward scenes. Quite the opposite -- it's not a theme or concept that inspires me. (I'm more interested in capturing mood and atmosphere, to be honest.) I've taken literally thousands of photos and these were pretty much the only ones that just so happened to strike me as being slightly awkward in the sense that the gaits looked a little strange. I'm much more interested in capturing beauty, so I appreciate your comment about the compositions, although I should point out that these are hardly my best photos; they're just the ones that have the funny footsteps in them!
